Photo editing (Photoshop basics / Canva advanced)

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and advanced design techniques using Canva. Students will learn how to create, enhance, and manipulate images for digital media, presentations, and personal projects.

Photoshop Basics

• Understanding the Photoshop workspace (toolbar, layers, panels).

• Image adjustments: brightness, contrast, saturation, and color correction.

• Working with layers, masks, and selection tools.

• Retouching photos: removing blemishes, background editing, and cropping.

• Adding text, shapes, and simple effects.

Canva Advanced

• Designing social media posts, posters, and presentations.

• Using templates efficiently and customizing them.

• Advanced typography and color schemes.

• Integrating images, graphics, icons, and charts.

• Exporting designs in various formats for digital and print use.
